The Philippine Clean Water Act, also known as Republic Act No. 9275, was enacted with the goal of prohibiting contamination of the country’s waterways and safeguarding them against pollution coming from sources on land. On the other hand, the ECC requirements outline the necessary guarantees that the project’s backers must make to guarantee adherence to the most recent environmental laws or to best practices that are not yet covered by them.
The PMO MOC is steadfast in its commitment to upholding, assisting in the preservation, and protecting the maritime and coastal environment.
