𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: Finance Division successfully conducted the “𝐀𝐏 𝐈𝐍𝐕𝐎𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐎𝐍 𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐎𝐅 𝐁𝐈𝐑 𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌 𝟐𝟑𝟎𝟕” on March 13, 2025 at the Gad Hall of PPA Building 2. It was well attended and represented by Regular and COS Personnel from the different Divisions and Terminal Management Offices of PMO MOC.

FDM Saerah M. Pascasio made the introduction and highlighted on the importance of withholding taxes from various suppliers, PPA being a government entity required to withheld. CFSC Jazreil Vallente presented the proper filling out of BIR Form 2307, how to withhold taxes on goods and services reiterating its benefits and advantages to PPA and other Government Entities. Clearing Officer Christina Taqueban discussed further on the proper AP invoicing, disbursements and liquidation of accounts using Oracle system application including the corresponding checklist of attachments to the common transactions. The proper use of Petty cash fund, its purpose, accountability and replenishment was also included in the orientation.

The short course enables the attendees to acquire more knowledge in Finance matters which is in line with the daily office rules of PMO MOC and further enhance the effective implementation of the Integrated Management System.
