The PMO MO/C’s Port Services Division (PSD) personnel presented their corresponding Performance Assessment and Accomplishment for the C.Y. 2023; and Plans and Programs for C.Y. 2024 and Issues and concerns at the Division Level Conference 2023 held on 29 January 2024.

The PSD personnel provided comprehensive insights into their respective domains, showcasing achievements in vessel and cargo operations, passenger operations, safety and health, and environmental programs. Detailed statistics were also presented, offering a holistic view of the division’s performance throughout the preceding year.

PMO MO/C’s Port Manager, Engr. Isidro V. Butaslac gave commendation to the Division for their accomplishments and teamwork. PM Butaslac also shared some points for improvements and recommended terminal port visits for Statisticians for better understanding and familiarity that will help in the Statistical reports and different interventions for easier implementation of the discussed plans and projects. He underscored the significance of safety programs within port operations, considering them the lifeblood of the port. He encouraged a continuous focus on safety measures, reiterating the importance of creating a secure and healthy working environment for all personnel involved in port activities.

The Division Level Conference 2023 served as a reflective platform for the PSD personnel, enabling them to showcase their achievements, discuss plans, and address concerns. Under the guidance of PM Butaslac, the division is poised for a dynamic year ahead, marked by continuous improvement, enhanced safety measures, and streamlined project implementation.
