As we stand on the threshold of a brand-new year, the Port Management Office of Misamis Oriental Cagayan de Oro (PMO MOC) embraces the spirit of renewal and gratitude by commencing the year 2024 with a Eucharistic celebration on January 05, 2024. This symbolic event serves as a moment of reflection on the accomplishments and challenges of the past year while seeking divine guidance and blessings for the journey that lies ahead.

The Strategic Direction Planning Meeting for CY 2024, scheduled for January 08, 2024, marks the beginning of a series of activities aimed at setting a positive tone for the year ahead. Participants will join in a New Year’s toast, fostering unity among the PPA PMO MOC personnel and staff. The gathering provides an opportunity for individuals to come together, express gratitude for the achievements of the past year, and seek blessings for a prosperous and harmonious year to come.

Following this spiritual commencement, PMO MOC will take the reins in steering the organization toward greater heights. Moreover, recognizing the importance of thorough assessment and improvement, a Division-Level Conference is planned from January 22, 2024, to February 9, 2024. This conference will facilitate the evaluation, preparation and submission of enrolled Major Reports, compliance with the Commitments, Program, Activities, and Projects (PAPS) of the Office Performance Commitment and Review, and all other personnel whose functions involve direct monitoring and supervision of the procurement activities, compliance to GAD, ARTA and Integrated Management System activities.

As the PMO embarks on this journey into 2024, may these initiatives serve as a foundation for improved ways, sound management, and operational efficiency, ultimately leading to a year filled with success, growth, and fulfillment of shared goals.
