Cagayan de Oro City- Israel Asok, an outsourced Clerk IV for the Office of the Port Manager for 17 years finally took his oath of office before Port Manager Isidro Butaslac, Jr. on June 21, 2023. Mr. Asok started working as a Data Encoder under the Port Services Division in 2006. He remained dedicated to his role until his promotion to Clerk IV under LSERV Corporation on 2020.
