A significant act of honesty was witnessed at the Port Terminal Building (PTB) BXM area in Balingoan on November 29, 2024. Joshua E. Miday, a tourist from Manila, unknowingly dropped his wallet during baggage inspection. The wallet contained a total of 14 identification cards and cash.
Thanks to the vigilance and integrity of BSSMO Dominggo Acero, a security officer from Commander Security Services, the wallet was quickly found. He discovered the black wallet under the inspection table and immediately reported the discovery to the TMO Balingoan Office.
Joshua Miday was later able to retrieve his lost belongings, expressing his heartfelt gratitude to TMO Balingoan and to Mr. Acero for his honesty. This act of integrity reflects the values of trust and accountability that are encouraged and upheld at the terminal.
TMO Balingoan commends Mr. Acero’s actions, recognizing his honesty as an exemplary model for others to follow. It is through such dedication to service that we continue to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all passengers passing through our terminal.
