Although no more Storm signal was hoisted over Camiguin and Balingoan, PCG has yet to lift suspension of trips. Rough seas still prevailing with occasional strong winds.
As of 6pm today, a total of 48 passengers and 9 trucks/vehicles are stranded at the Port of Balingoan, wherein the majority of whom are residents of Camiguin who opted to wait until the next available and safe departure.
Incidentally, the Port still has no power since 9pm last night. Moresco 2 has yet to check power lines as they are currently responding to a number of power outages due to the bad weather.
To ensure comfort and safety for all stranded passengers, TMO Balingoan promptly served Hot Lugaw and provided spaces for them to sleep for the night.
